Hey there! Let's imagine the perfect cozy room. What would yours have? I'm thinking about a recliner next to a window with an ocean view. Cup of tea nearby, and a candle that smells like cookies. Your mileage may vary, but what if no matter what's in the room, every time you walked in, you felt better almost immediately? You knew no one would bother you, and just being in there made life's difficulties easier to handle. Could we call that a sanctuary? Because that's how I feel about guided journaling. But here's the thing about my sanctuary. And this is my confession. I hardly ever actually write when I "journal." Instead, I just reflect on the questions and answer them by thinking about them out loud. And the reason I call that a confession is that I always feel like I'm getting away with something, LOL. Like, really, I should be writing it all down. But if I absolutely had to write it down, I probably wouldn't do it very often. So tell me, am I alone in this, or do you also sometimes journal without actually writing? And hey, if you want to read more about the power of guided journaling, here's the blog post I wrote about it. In it, I share some great journal prompts I got from an AI tool. By the way, I am about to participate in another bundle giveaway! I'll be sharing about how raising your frequency can change your everyday experiences (it can change your reality, too.) In a few days, I'll send you an email that tells you more about it. In other words, not so much of the "me me me - here's what I'm doing." :) See you then! Love, Jeanine |
