Hey friend! I wanted to share a small Christmas-season moment from this week. The other day, I woke up already tired and on edge. Lights felt too bright. And my Christmas spirit had already gone missing. Part of me wanted to fix my mood fast. Heal it. Be my future self. I tried #allthethings. But the truth that came to me was this: my job is not to escape the hard moments. My job is to be kind to myself while they're happening. So I grabbed a blanket, turned on a soft lamp, put on comfort music, and just sat with it all. No fixing it or trying to make it better. Just letting it be what it was. Slowly, my body softened.
